How to start a return
Email us with your order number and what you are returning. We will confirm the return address and give you a reference number. Returns sent without contacting us first can be delayed or refused because we cannot match them to an order.
Condition
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with any seal intact.
- Opened supplements cannot be returned for safety reasons once the seal is broken.
- Gift cards and clearance items are not returnable.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is inspected we email you either way. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping is not refunded.
Return shipping
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. In those cases we cover it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for what you actually want.
Late or missing refunds
Check with your bank first, since posting times vary. If it has been more than ten business days since we confirmed the refund, contact us.
