Where we ship
United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within one to two business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern on a Friday begin processing the following Monday.
Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99.
- Orders under $99 are charged the rate shown at checkout.
- Expedited options, where offered, appear at checkout with their own rate.
Delivery time
Standard delivery usually lands within three to seven business days once the parcel is in the carrier network. This is an estimate from the carrier and not a guarantee.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated in seven business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. Parcels that arrive damaged should be photographed before the packaging is discarded so we can file a claim.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and reshipping is charged at the standard rate.
