How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within one to two business days and you get a confirmation once it ships. Holidays and peak weeks can run slightly longer.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
There is a short window after purchase to change or cancel. Once an order is processed it is out of our hands, so contact us as soon as you can.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. United States only.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $99. Under that, the rate is calculated at checkout.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created.
Products
How long before I notice anything?
Give any formula eight to twelve weeks of consistent use before you judge it. Ingredients that work on cellular processes do not work on a weekly timescale.
Can I take more than one product together?
Yes. The collections are built to sit alongside each other. If you take prescription medication, check with your doctor first.
Is there an age requirement?
You must be 18 or older to buy from this site.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected.
